Ingredients:
Honeydew melon - 3.3 lbs (1.5 kg)
Sago pearls - 3.5 oz (100 g)
Coconut milk - 1.7 cups (400 ml)
Water - 6.3 cups (1.5 L)
Sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
Instructions
Peel, seed and cut honeydew melon into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add sago pearls and cook for 10-15 minutes until translucent. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
In another pot, bring coconut milk and sugar to a boil. Stir until sugar dissolves. Let cool.
In a large bowl, combine honeydew melon, sago pearls and coconut milk mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy cold.
