Ingredients:
Almond milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
Water - 1 cup (250 ml)
Agar-agar powder - 2 tsp (8 grams)
Sugar - 1/3 cup (80 grams)
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine almond milk, water, agar-agar powder, and sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until agar-agar powder is dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for a few minutes but not until set.
Pour mixture into a jelly mould or any preferred container.
Let it cool to room temperature before transferring to the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
Once set, cut the jelly into small cubes or any desired shape.
